American Retro Furniture is the sole importer and supplier of Classic “1950’s” Diner Furniture to New Zealand. Shipping directly from the manufacturer in the USA since 1997. Our furniture with Classic & Designer style commercial grade vinyl fabrics (large selection of colours in “Zodiac” Glitter), Chrome and High Gloss Retro Formica ( in the “Timeless” Cracked Ice and Boomerang styles) is designed to stand up to years of hard use (our American manufacturer has been manufacturing and supplying commercial grade furniture for nearly 90 years).

In addition to the furniture shown on our website we also offer custom furniture for diners, restaurants and residential use. From Chairs, Pub Tables/Leaners, Classic Booth Seating, Stools, to Custom sized Tables we have the answers to your Retro furniture needs. If you’re into a bit of DIY, we can also supply our  Aluminium Bumper Edge trim (as seen on our tables) which comes in two different sizes 2 ¼ in (57mm) and 1 ¼ in (32mm), both available in 12ft (3.6m) and is ideal for your Man or Ma’am Cave, Retro Caravan, table restoration or even new kitchen fit-out.

For the collector we can also supply Coke branded furniture, and our supplier can “Logo” brand furniture to clients requirements (min quantities apply). Although not all sizes, colours, styles may be available in stock, we are shipping 2 to 3 times a year from The USA.

American Retro Furniture is owned by Grant and Lesley Jacobs who have a background in furniture manufacture and restoration having owned Country Charm Furniture and Silverdale Furniture Restoration for the past several years. Both having a passion for their cars, Vintage Furniture and collectables
