Michelle Parish is also known as Lady Kittyhawk was the winner of the first Very Vintage Day Out Pageant in 2012 then known as Miss Vintage. Michelle has been a Vintage styling enthusiast and purveyor of wicked vintage ‘do’s & vintage wedding makeovers. Lover of Rockabilly music, red lips and swaying hips she is a passionate body confidence advocate and enjoys teaching and mentoring ladies in her burlesque and curve confidence workshops.
For 25 years Doris de Pont worked as a fashion designer, achieving international recognition. Her designs have been collected by Auckland Museum, Te Papa and the NGV in Melbourne, Australia. With a vision to make the New Zealand fashion story more visible she established the world’s first online fashion museum www.nzfashionmuseum.org.nz. She is a fashion curator and also writes about fashion with a number of books to her name. In January 2013 she was made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for Services to Fashion.
Miss Victory Violet is a pin-up enthusiast, living and breathing the vintage style every day. She has modelled for international companies such as Pinup Girl Clothing, Voodoo Vixen, The Oblong Box Shop, Collectif Clothing and Glamour Bunny Clothing.
